Most services provided by DIGITAL BIT SOLUTIONS are digital, custom, and service-based. Because these are not physical products, standard product return rules may not apply.

Revision Window

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, you may request revisions within 3 days of delivery or within the project-specific review period mentioned in the proposal.

Eligibility for Rework

• The issue must relate to the agreed project scope.
• The request must include clear feedback, screenshots, links, or supporting details.
• The deliverable must not have been modified by another party after delivery.

Exclusions

Change of mind, new feature requests, third-party platform changes, search ranking fluctuations, advertising policy decisions, or external account restrictions are not treated as returns.
