Our services are custom digital services such as SEO, website development, app development, automation, marketing, and consulting. Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and the agreed scope.

Cancellation

A cancellation request may be considered if it is raised within 3 days of payment and before substantial work has started.

Cancellation may not be accepted after work has started, third-party costs have been incurred, strategy work has been delivered, or project resources have been allocated.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment received by mistake.
• Payment made for a service that we are unable to start.
• A mutually agreed refund due to a documented billing or scope issue.

Non-Refundable Items

• Domain, hosting, plugin, theme, API, advertising, marketplace, or third-party charges.
• Completed work, consultation, audit, strategy, design, development, SEO setup, or campaign work already delivered.
• Milestone payments for approved or partially completed deliverables.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days from approval. The final credit timeline may depend on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
